Welcome to LightTwist, a service by LightTwist Corporation, a Delaware C-corporation located at 2205 West 136th Avenue, Ste 106 #1957, Broomfield, CO 80023. Our service allows users to capture and livestream video and audio inside rendered virtual studios through our web application and mobile iOS application. This Privacy Policy applies to both our customers and guests who join our livestreams.
For the purposes of this Policy, the term, “Websites”, shall refer collectively to www.lighttwist.com as well as the other websites that LightTwist operates and that link to this Policy. The term “Services” shall refer to our virtual studio system, and tools and services made available from the Websites, including any mobile applications we provide via the Apple or Google app stores.
The term “Subscriber” shall refer to an individual or an entity that has agreed to a Service Agreement for use of our Services, including an individual representing the Subscribing company. The term “Account” shall mean all LightTwist accounts or instances created by or on behalf of Subscriber within the Service.

This Policy outlines our handling practices and how we collect and use the Personal Information you provide during your online and offline interactions with us.
